However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or return is necessary. 1. Returns Eligibility:
1.1. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for eligible products. 1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. 1.3. Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Refund Eligibility:
2.1. Refunds are applicable for eligible products returned within the specified 30-day period. 2.2. We reserve the right to inspect the returned product to determine its eligibility for a refund.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
3.1. Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery. 3.2. Products with missing parts or components. 3.3. Products returned without their original packaging. 3.4. Customized or special-order items, except in cases of defects or damage upon receipt. 3.5. Consumable items such as batteries, unless they are received damaged or defective.
4. Return Process:
4.1. To initiate a return, the customer must contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving the product. 4.2. Our Customer Support Team will guide the customer through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 4.3. The customer must ship the product back to the designated return address, securely packaged, and clearly labeled with the provided RMA number.
5. Refund Process:
5.1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. 5.2. If the refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Return Shipping Costs:
6.1. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product). 6.2. In cases of returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
7.1. If the product is received damaged or defective, the customer must notify our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery. 7.2. We may request photographs or video evidence of the damage or defect for assessment purposes. 7.3. If deemed eligible, a replacement or refund will be processed promptly.
